Purchase Orders
We appreciate your business at PrincetonCryo.com and strive to maintain good relationships with our customers. Purchase orders will be accepted from established institutions for orders over $1000 pending a credit approval.  PrincetonCryo.com will fax a credit application should you require a Purchase Order account with net/30 terms.

A one time application fee of ($50) may be added to the total cost of the order for orders that are billed on a net/30 basis; this mostly depends on if PrincetonCryo.com must run a credit check. Application fee may be waived for orders over $5,000.00.

All account setup and application fees are waived for current or previous customers of PRINCETON CryoTech INC.

Credit Cards
Credit cards most simple and quickest way to order. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We use secure 128 bit encryption SSL Certificate for safe and secure transactions over the internet.

If you prefer, we may accept a credit card number via fax or telephone. Both of these options are available at our purchase options page when you are finished shopping using the shopping cart software. 

Shipping Policy

We currently offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. International orders will require additional freight charges.  Exact freight charges for additional forms of shipping can be obtained at fedex.com or from our shipping calculator; weight and dimensions are available for most products in the product description section and the origination zip code is 08889.  Freight charges are billed at the time of order processing and shipment.

Pricing

We update our web prices regularly; prices posted on the web may be considered current. We also offer discounts for our group members; to find out if you qualify for a group discount please contact us.

Return & Rufund Policy

Returns
If you are not satisfied, please contact  us  and we will fax or email you a Return Form. All returns made within 14 days will be accepted with a Return Form if all items are in original condition. There are no returns on special orders.

Refunds
PrincetonCryo.com will refund, or credit to your credit card or Purchase Order account upon receipt of the returned goods, less a 20% restocking fee. PrincetonCryo.com is not responsible for shipping cost on returned items; it is up to you to prepay all return shipping costs.  Returned items shipped collect will be refused.  Returned goods will not be accepted without a Return From w/ authorization number.

Warranty Returns
Many items come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact  us  to find out if the item should be shipped back to us or directly to the manufacturer. Goods returned for warranty reasons will be repaired or replaced at PrincetonCryo.com's discretion. Please contact us for a Return Form prior to returning any item for warranty reasons. Returned goods will not be accepted without a Return From w/ authorization number.
