No personally-identifying information is collected during your use of the Site without your prior permission. We will not spam your email nor sell your email address to anyone else.

When you make a purchase PrincetonCryo.com collects your name, billing address, billing phone number, email and payment method information. PrincetonCryo.com only uses this information for processing your order and to contact you via email. If you choose to contact PrincetonCryo.com via letter, telephone or fax, PrincetonCryo.com may also retain such information.

Security

As you may know the number one security concern for consumers is credit card number theft. PrincetonCryo.com is in the process determining our clients’ needs, therefore at this time we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. We are a professional firm selling to professionals. As most of our clientele are corporate consumers, we use their preferred payment method, the Purchase Order. These numbers are filed into our hardcopy records and are not kept electronically.

For your benefit we will protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, both as it is transmitted to and temporarily stored in the PrincetonCryo.com database. PrincetonCryo.com will eliminate all traces of your credit card number within seven (7) business days from order processing. If you prefer, we can accept credit cards via phone or fax; just indicate your preference under billing options when you're ready to check out.

Email

PrincetonCryo.com encourages you to recognize that email messages are an insecure form of communication: emails can easily be read by people that they were not sent to. For this reason we will never publish your entire credit card number in any email, nor will credit card numbers be stored in a database associated with your account. We realize the convenience of emails and have tried to make things easier for our customers giving them the option to have their user names and passwords sent to them via email. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be communicated through our Site at least 10 days in advance of implementation.

Agents

Examples include delivering packages (Fed Ex), sending postal mail (USPS), removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), and processing credit card payments.
